I've recently spent the last few weeks working in Byker at Studio Precept. They're a creative agency specialising in creating dynamic and living brands. They constantly offer work experience to students of a variety of creative disciplines, so they're constantly surrounded by emerging talent, which makes it a pretty exciting place to be.
There space is situated in the Kingsland Church Studios, a refurbished church which is now full of Photographers, Painters, Film Makers, Sculptors and Precept. Whilst i've been there i've worked on a few branding projects, as well as sitting in on a few client meetings, which has been particularly insightful to see how things work professionally with a client.
I'm off on my jollys now, but when I get back they've said I can come back, which is great. It's a cool place to work and its a 10 minute walk from the Cluny, which is no bad thing.
